. How to become an appraiser?

In compliance with statutory provisions, successful completion of both the initial and subsequent examinations, coupled with a comprehensive year-long program of theoretical and practical training, is requisite for the acquisition of an appraisal license conferred by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, and Transport.

1st Examination

  • Civil Law (General Provisions, Property)
  • Principles of Economics
  • Principles of Real Estates
  • Appraisal-related Laws and Regulations
  • Accounting (Intermediate, Advanced, Cost and Management)
  • English is substituted with an official language proficiency score such as TOEIC

2nd Examination

  • Appraisal Principle
  • Appraisal Practice
  • Appraisal and Compensation Law

After passing the qualification tests, individuals are required to undergo a 4-month theoretical training program and an 8-month practical training in appraisal firms.
